I’m Patrizia Saccente, founder of Natureat and WomanVeg.
I’m a plant-based recipe developer, vegan mum, and in-home meal prep chef, specialising in plant-based cooking for women and families, with a strong focus on family meals and children’s food.
I work directly in people’s homes, planning and preparing balanced plant-based meals in their own kitchens. My service is built around practical cooking, thoughtful recipe development and weekly meal organisation, helping families eat well during busy weeks without the pressure of daily cooking.
My approach starts from real life: the pantry you already have, the routines you live with, and the meals that need to work for everyone at the table. Through in-home cooking and meal prep, I transform simple ingredients into nourishing, family-friendly meals designed to support everyday wellbeing.
For years, I’ve been creating practical recipes and organised meal systems that make plant-based eating sustainable, calm and accessible, especially for families with growing children.
Alongside my in-home work, I collaborate with plant-based brands, restaurants and food businesses as a content strategist and recipe developer, helping them communicate their values through food, storytelling and recipes that truly resonate.
